site update v1.0
Today, I officially launched my personal website.
The site currently has four sections: Homepage, About Me, Works, and Blog. I may add another section later for case studies.
Homepage. The background image is mostly AI‑generated—a series of visuals that resemble a blueprint. Metaphorically, it represents more than just a technical drawing; it’s a framework of vision and intention. As artwork, it symbolizes the creative process itself: the structured plan behind imagination, the roadmap that transforms ideas into reality. By treating the blueprint as art, I emphasize the balance between order and creativity, where lines and layouts become metaphors for possibility, design, and innovation.
Works. This section is my portfolio. I still have a lot of data entry to complete, so it’s a work in progress. Hopefully, I can finish filling it out within the week.
The page isn’t database‑driven—it’s heavily hard‑coded, since I haven’t found a free plugin that matches what I need. I may eventually switch to a plugin if I discover a good option.

Blog. The blog section covers four topics: site updates, running, cycling, and shared knowledge or commentary on design and technology trends.
The site is fully functional, though I still need to complete the data entry. It was built with WordPress + Elementor, and I spent about two weeks developing it through trial and error, with the help of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. At first, I thought consulting AI would make the process easy, but I realized manual coding is still necessary for full customization. That said, I had fun, and learning new coding techniques has been exciting—just like when I first started with HTML, CSS, and especially JavaScript. Thanks to AI‑assisted coding, I now better understand certain behaviors and workflows.
What’s Next?
For now, I’ll focus on completing the data entry. After that, I’ll decide whether to continue with Elementor or switch back to Gutenberg with ACF, which I’m eager to explore.
